2017 Run for Rogosin Sponsorship Banner

2017 marked the 8th annual 5K "Run for Rogosin" to raise funds for prevention, education, research and treatment of kidney disease. This event was started by a Rogosin patient, Steve Olsen, who also owns the well-known restaurant, West Bank Cafe, in the theatre district.

The run attracted about 250 participants, raising over $111,000 for 2017, and over $600,000 for the total years.

Braking AIDS Table Banner

The following banner is an example of a table banner that extends over the top of the table, as opposed to just the front. This banner was digitally dye-sublimated onto a matte polyester fabric for Braking AIDS, a non-profit that organizes bike rides to raise money for AIDS research.

YAI Foamcore Signage

YAI is a great organization devoted to the needs of people with disabilities. They provide job placement and other services to help the disabled live productive, happy and healthy lives. Their graphic was printed and then mounted to a foamboard substrate so that it could be displayed in a lobby. This particular foamcore sign uses a 'Mighty Mount' at the base to allow it to be free-standing.

Boy Scouts Banner - New Hyde Park

We recently made a fence banner for Boy Scout Troop 544 of New Hyde Park, and they were kind enough to send us a picture of their banner being used. Ace Banner has a few employees who were Boy Scouts so making this particular banner was a real treat.

This banner is an example of an appliqued banner and is finished with grommets.

Step and Repeat Banner for Sophia's Cure

Sophia’s Cure Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 public charity founded by Catherine and Vincent Gaynor shortly after their daughter was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. The foundation was created to assist in funding for clinical research towards finding a cure for SMA and to offer support to families affected by this disease by providing advocacy, awareness, education and support.

The banner behind them is our standard 8'x8' vinyl step-and-repeat banner.

Wounded Warrior Project - Parade Banners

The Wounded Warrior Project's vision is "to create the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded warriors in this nation's history." What started out as a non-profit organization sending out care packages to wounded U.S. soldiers has grown into a comprehensive rehabilitative effort to assist warriors as they recover and transition back to civilian life.

Advent Church - Top and Bottom Advertising Banners

These series of vertical banners were made for Advent Church. These are nice examples of advertising banners in that they announce the location of the church, and they make a great use of color. The contrast here is excellent. These are also examples of kind of banner install called 'top-bottom' poles. Banners installed in this way don't move in the breeze, so they tend to last longer. These sorts of banners tend to be narrow.

APICHA Parade Banner

Here's a group photo featuring a parade banner that was made for The Asian & Pacific Islander Coalition on HIV/AIDS (APICHA). This is a relatively large parade banner, but it can also serve double duty as a wall banner for other events. We recommend that parade banners be approximately 30 inches in height so that they are easier to hold and carry during a parade.

Team Gigi Banner

St. Clements Outdoor Advertising Banner

This outdoor banner for St. Clement's Church and Theatre works because it uses strong colors and recognizable image -- an anchor, which is the symbol of St. Clement who was martyred by the Romans by being tied to an anchor and thrown into the Black Sea. The anchor/cross motif is also sometimes called St. Clement's Cross or the Mariner's Cross.

These coroplast signs were made for Andrus Children's Center's annual fundraising golf outing. Coroplast is corrugated plastic and has special flutes that can be used to secure the sign into place.
